Remember Soundgarden? It rocked.
Remember Rage Against the Machine? It kicked ass!
However, Audioslave (a combination of the above) is.. ..tame.
I encourage everyone who thinks that Fall Out Boy and Linkin Park make good and original music, to take a trip to the nearest record store and get some albums from the mid-90's. No, not "Extreme", you tits. Get some Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, RATM, Pearl Jam etc.. And no, not Iron Maiden or Whitesnake, you daft morons. Faith No More!
I will now leave, and go listen to Led Zeppelin II.
Couldn't agree more, all great bands. Pearl Jam are one of my favourite bands of all time.
RATM were (or
are as they are bag together for a concert) amazing, and Soundgarden were really good. I personally also really like Audioslave. Ruben is right about the first album being the best.. but I also like the second, don't think it's too bad. Better than the third i reckon.

Audiosuck is radio friendly, corporate garbage. It has no edge to the point where you'd think Cornell slipped his former Rage bandmates friggin' Ritalin to keep them from busting into something that actually rocked.
I can see where you're coming from, but to be honest I don't think that anything that is 'radio friendly' is necessarily going to be bad. I like Audioslave, some of their songs (Cochise in particular) have great riffs and a great feeling to them overall. Yeah, they are
very corporate compared to a band like Rage, but I don't think selling out can kill people like Tom Morello. Even if it isn't Rage, I still think it's good.
