BF2S Forums PSA: How to deal with a persistent Troll

I won't be giving out three day bans for users who choose to disobey this or are unaware, it's unfair to ban good members here because of C-dog's idiocy. I'm just trying to make it a forum wide effot now to ignore him as much as possible.

i've been hearing about this guy since i joined this site, but what did he do to really get under ppls skin?  i've never had any contact with him, so i dont know, just wondering.  i'll make sure that i continue not having contact too.   you guys make him sound like the anti-Christ, lol!!

He's made about 39 accounts just to make stupid posts. Stupid and annoying. Annoying as in, 'Shut up, shut up.. Admins, help, SHUT UP!'

As said like a million times, his IP is found (mods can see our IP's I suppose, because that's how they ban) and banned many times, but he just resets his router and IP, and comes back. Not all IP's are static.

I think I have that to, because if I unset up my static IP, every time I turn on my computer I get a new IP Address.

thats alot of work just to annoy...
What did you do to him?

So if he comes back, all he is gunna do is spam, and have a bunch of unanswered threads.
That won't solve anything.
