5. Pariah: even though the story made no sense I loved the game play. Modding weapons was cool and the graphics were great

4. Halo: The graphics blew me away at the time and the story kept me on the edge of my seat. The second one just didn't have the same pizzaz as the first.

3. Far Cry: Great graphics (which still hold up today), great story, great A.I. great difficulty and lenght

2. F.E.A.R. : Amazing graphics, smart A.I., great level design, neat story, freaky.

1.DOOM 3: In my book the best FPS, Better graphics then Half Life 2 (I'm gonna get flamed....heres a preemptive 'fuck off'), Great atmosphere, scary as hell, great pacing, awesome flashlight mechanics made you fear the dark.
