Just thought of this today. This is the first time in 6 months that I've been able to game with my surround speakers instead of my headset. Love both and my headset has great sound, but there's something more fun about cranking up the sub and feeling that rumble when you drive a tank. Usually I use a headset because the kids are in bed and I don't want to wake them, so this afternoon was a blast!

Headset. Because I like my music and game loud, while my family does not.
Headset. I used to use speakers but I got sick of having to bend forward to talk on VOIP so I switched to a headset. The only problem with it though is that the wire often getrs tangled.
Headset, don't get folks yelling at volume and they are fancy-schmancy surround sound ones too.

Huh, I would have figured more people than just me prefer speakers.

5.1 speakers. Computer is in my room so it doesn't pose a problem to others and I don't keep the volume up really loud.
