Look at the accuracy stat's for it. Or do you own in game tests.

As far as real sniper rifles go, MEC=Chinese<USMC=L96<m95 at least for shorter ranges. For longer ones, the l96 and the m24 are awsome.

C'mon, only me for the M16A2? What's not to love? Just crouch down, pull up the sights, and you can snipe those sniper bastards. Plus, if you happen to be assault, the M203 really helps for long range counter-sniping.
