I have the CD that that comes from, anything from the Sonic Overload CD. Youtube does not do bass any justice. I like bass that hits, and hits hard. I like Bass Mekanik also.
My first true car was a S-10 Xtreme with an extended cab. In it I had two 12" Punch P1s, and only a 250 watt MTX Thunder amp. That was my type of music, throw in Sonic Overload, and I was set. My wife hated the vibration on her seat, but oh well, when you are moving your bed liners from the air you are pushing, and your back window was moving enough to see it when it was not even at it fullest. I did not care, I loved the setup.
Only had about 3K of rig personally, and I don't have the space anymore... I've only kept a 700W amp which is wired up right now, although my speakers only handle about 500W load, so I have to be careful....
Youtube probably doesn't have anything below about 100Hz, and even that is murky....vinyl still has great bandwidth for powerful bass, but TBH since I'm not involved in playing music out to thousands of people any more a 192k mp3 does the job just fine.
Small car, I had a truck, with a car box. The amp was only half of what one speaker could take, the speakers where 500 watts each. With a small cab space, and a lot of bass, it was very sweet. I would never turn it up loud when I was inside the truck, I would be deaf by now. I would turn it up, when I was hanging out near the truck, or to impress people I knew. I would also turn it up when I was at stop lights, when people tried turning up their system. By far mine would out do theirs. I actually don't hate anything but bad music and grew up with rock, punk and ska.... I could list the 70's and 80's bands my dad worked for at various times but I doubt you'd believe me.
