can someone please help with this i just tryed to log on the game and some how it came up with this message i don't understand i didn't do anything just playing the game with friends

i just reformated my computer thought just REINSTALLED BF2 don't UNDERSTAND ITS NOT HACKS BECAUSE ITS A FRESH COMPUTER does that mean i have to buy a new copy of Battle field or what?

Just because you got a new computer doesn't mean PunkBuster resets itself. Your CD Key is the same, thus you are still banned. Go buy a new copy of BF2 if you still wanna play, but if you do, prepare to be kidnapped.noyoko2 wrote:

yes i have we jsut did that the problem came up today when i tryed to log online it wasn't doing it last night

Let me tell you this so your 12 year old (assumed by your choice of vocabulary; you are an insult to teenagers) mind can comprehend it. It DOES NOT matter if you got a new computer, reformatted, or moved to Mars. Your copy of BF2 only comes with ONE CD key. You probably tried a free hack to get your not so 1337 stats ( http://www.bf2s.com/player/71371300/ ) better, and the hack was detected. You got caught, and just because you play with your friends doesn't legitimize the fact you broke EA's terms of service, which you agreed to when installing the game. If you insist on playing, you will have to get a new CD key, which can be done by purchasing a new copy of BF2, although I do not recommend this because we know your account name and I will personally make sure a kidnapping video is on Youtube if I ever catch you playing again.
