Personally I feel MLK was a great man, unlike Jesse Jackson and some of the other racist/corrupt self proclaimed black leaders. While I disagree that he should have his own holiday, he does and acting like these morons does nothing but promote hate.
With this being said, I also feel that all the people that put the "gansta" rap artists on a pedestal and dress and act like that disrespect MLK just as much or more. MLK was a deeply religious man and would roll in his grave if he saw how violent and drug ridden many black neighborhoods have become, glamorizing it makes it worst so I guess I would rather see people make fun of it in an appropriate setting, not to celebrate MLK's life.
