North Korea is helping Iran to prepare an underground nuclear test similar to the one Pyongyang carried out last year.

Under the terms of a new understanding between the two countries, the North Koreans have agreed to share all the data and information they received from their successful test last October with Teheran's nuclear scientists.

Why isn't America doing the same?  George Bush clearly advocates using nuclear power so the US burns less gasoline and reduces their carbon emissions.  So why isn't he helping developing nations, such as Iran, to do the same?

State of the Union address 2007 wrote:

It's in our vital interest to diversify America's energy supply -- the way forward is through technology. We must continue changing the way America generates electric power, by even greater use of clean coal technology, solar and wind energy, and clean, safe nuclear power.
Surely now he can't begrudge other nations taking the lead from the US and developing clean, safe nuclear power?
