Dude just download the 1.12 patch...EA first came out with the 1.3 but when SF came out they went back to the 1.12. Just download the 1.12 patch...and come play with the rest of the world.
there slike over 100 1.03 servers with people on them still so i presumed i was on the latest best patch

The old one is not 1.3. It is 1.03, which is SMALLER than 1.12. 1.03 < 1.12
since 1.12 is a larger # than 1.03...by .09 logically 1.12 would be the newest.
