Ive never recorded these numbers, not that I would bother. I'm not very athletic at all, but I can do a mile at a light pace in about 8 minutes. If I actually ran the whole time it'd probably be 7.

Hopefully I'll get uber-rich in the future and can just gene-therapeutize my genes so I don't have to do any work to be fit and strong

Cos really, you can be lifting 200kgs, but it'll take you 20 minutes to walk up the stairs.

Ive never actually recorded anything ive done.

I used to be super fit. I used to bplay Basketball for my town. Including sports for school etc.

I stopped playing basketball a few months ago and since then ive lost all fitness.

I could run a whole 46 minutes non stop and i would get tired, now i cant fucking run 5

The only exercise i get now is sex

Vertical Jump:  24" (I can't jump off two legs from a stand still.  I have to run a bit and go off one leg.  Also I'm a slow white guy, so I don't really have much hops either).

I played football and basketball in high school, 3 and 2 years of varsity respectively.

I train Karate 3-5 times a week, I use the floor, walls and a punch-sack for working out, no tools needed. (If you exclude punch-sack).

im basically a track star lol
but really, my coaches say im really good, im a sophomore and run the 1000m in 3:03, and wasnt working really hard, i could have broken 3, and i will next meet. and my best 800m time is 2:18
idk if those r really that good or not, but my coaches say for someone my age im nasty

mile probably 7 min the last time I actually did the mile in 6th grade which was 4 years ago was 12.12 twice but i was fat and slow then now I'm fit.
I play football and will until i cant or dint make it to the pros.
just because he can squat doesnt mean he can bench alot, thats completely differnt muscles. i know a couple kids that sqaut 350-360. maybe he can squat 400 who knows

played basketball through highschool - couldn't play in college due to a career ending injury (All ligaments/tendons in my ankle were completely severed except for the achilles) during my junior year of highschool.

Squat: Using free weights 305 lbs, upwards of 395 on a machine (the machines at the local gym only go to 395 and I can easily do 3 sets of 10 reps at that weight so probably 410 on a machine)
Clean: Haven't done this since high school.

and what sports u play/played. Occasionally some football ("soccer" to most of you), cycling ( I have naturally strong legs so this is a no-brainer). That's pretty much it other than weight training. I had bad asthma as a child which kept me from getting into sports. It wasn't until high school that I got into weights.
