Get over yourself - you're obviously from the do-nothing landed classes of Venezuelan society, getting rich off the misery of others. I've been to Latin America several times and it's patently obvious how the system works over there - perpetuation of the gap between rich and poor.

Is Venezuela a 3rd world country, or just a prime example of what excessive capitalism can cause? The country has all the tools to be a welfare nation, but isn't distributing funds in a way for this to be achieved, aka more to the people. You have the pushers and the addicts. The addicts are country's that buy oil and the pushers are the country's that sell oil. Venezuela is a pusher. At the current situation our dear Chavez is investing... but not in his people he is in making more oil. Now apart from the fact that he is even doing this economic 'bad' his country (and other pushers also) are getting addicted to the high selling price of theyre oil. When the moment comes that both (pusher and addict) need to "kick off" - use a new energy source.... it's like what i said - his country will make in the end only potato chips and not microchips.Poncho wrote:
