I suggest you hear on them..
They are really good!

1st Album = Best ever <<<<<<<<<<
2nd Album = Blah..
3rd Album = Right after 1st Album

I really had nothing to do.. so I thought I would share this GREAT band with you.

I like Audioslave's first album, but that's it. I liked RATM, but AS is a nice diversion from them. But once you get past that first album it's over for them.

Besides, why are you guys arguing so fiercely? It's a matter of opinion for Christ's sake. One person doesn't like Audioslave, no need to get in a fit. One person thinks another band is better, no need to derail this thread and start posting all about them.

Couldn't agree more, all great bands. Pearl Jam are one of my favourite bands of all time.

RATM were (or are as they are bag together for a concert) amazing, and Soundgarden were really good. I personally also really like Audioslave. Ruben is right about the first album being the best.. but I also like the second, don't think it's too bad. Better than the third i reckon.

I can see where you're coming from, but to be honest I don't think that anything that is 'radio friendly' is necessarily going to be bad. I like Audioslave, some of their songs (Cochise in particular) have great riffs and a great feeling to them overall. Yeah, they are very corporate compared to a band like Rage, but I don't think selling out can kill people like Tom Morello. Even if it isn't Rage, I still think it's good.
