I never brought in to the future 2142, love bf2 for its modern day realism. This is first time I have heard of an expansion pack for 2142, its only been out two minutes!!!

I would like to hear from a member of DICE to see what pressure there are under to fill the pockets of EA and DICE execs, with these new releases and expansions. This pressure is maybe why we see patches!?!

The guys who make the game are top and I think they should move away from these money grabbers and bring out there own BF2 beater...

I don't know if I am going to buy it. I bought the last two booster packs for BF2 and there are about a couple of drops of servers in this big pond of vanilla BF2 servers now.

AF and EF didn't really add anything we hadn't already seen to the BF2 experience. This one has a shitload of things that'll find their way to the main game (unlocks...*grins). If they sell it for ten bucks, I'm so getting it. I have this distinct feeling there will be loud bitching that the new unlocks are uber-powerful (remember Special Forces? Remember the G36E, or the MP7?)

yes, 2142 FTW!!!

BF2 is a clusterf... online, 2 versions and 2 boosters that are all effectively separate games

i bought AF online and i will buy NS, especially if its $10 (as it should be)

the 10 unlocks that will carry over to any mode make it a must have IMO,

dunno why so many people feel the need to post how they dont like 2142 and dont play it, i love it and think its an improvement over BF2 as BF2 is to BFV.

i especially like the futuristic theme (and i didn't think i would, i didnt like UT or Doom), as the modern theme is just depressing right now, imo

only thing not to like in Northern Strike is there are no Moon or Mars maps, but hopefully we will see those soon!
