Yes, a few when I first started playing and could get the 5 kills to be given it. It took me a month to be able to get the 5 kills. Have not goten one in a few years.

I've got one lol, I was playing on Mashtuur City map and that time I got pwnd by some tankwhores, when I had only 5 kills but 20 deaths, I was awarded. then I was like wtf and said " is this some kind of a medal for being a noob "
