As of right now the BF2CC doesn't seem to work. Gives me an "Unable to connect" error. So until that works again I don't think any admins have control over the server...
The only thing i can think of is you can try emailing the server provider giving as much details as you can about the server, ip, name of contact person, your account name on the server etc and ask them to do a restart for you.

Sorry, I've been super busy with work lately. I haven't been doing a good job of upholding my admin duties. If I get some free time then I'll try to help start it up in the evenings, but I can't make any promises.
