the AU people are online in their own time-zone, so they can just use the EE Chats for the same purpose and have uninterrupted AU-discussions, anyway. besides how much of their discussion is about australia, or exclusively australian-topics? it's just a circle-jerk with 4chan style memes and pointless crap that could be contained in here, too.

It's been going 3 years without anyone bitching about it, now just because the old thread caused an issue, it's suddenly the most hated place in the forum.

Just leave it be, it's not doing any harm. If you wanna post there, just post there. If all you get back is crap about not belonging there, who cares? What's gonna stop you posting there.

If you get banned or AWM'd, then sure, I can see your point.
