The stock E5200 fan is fine even if you're overclocking up to 3ghz from 2.5, why would you need a F7P?
Just seems like a waste of money to me unless you're OCing to 3.5/3.75 in which case you're just getting bottlenecked by a small cache anyways, no?
OP: at stock speeds my E5200 was fine for everything in the CS4 suite-everything ran smoothly and quickly, and most of my work was in AE. It oc's beautifully as well so there's really no better processor for those needs..

What is the main difference in performance between a 4770 and a 4850? iirc the 4770s are fairly new but they're both around the same price now, with the 4850 @ about $10 more.
