dunno if all you guys have experienced it but I remember in the beginning of my bf2 carieer (3years ago) at some points of a match hearing my solider laugh like a little evil laugh "heheheee" but it only happens sometimes, and very rarely. does someone have an explanation for why my man laughs?
hasn't happened in a long time now but im still curious ...

I think it happens when you spot some one Q. Then that spotted person gets killed your colleuges laugh, audible when you are near them? I could be wrong though!

Dont think thats true, because I was at the top left of the map, and everyone else was at the center, so that couldn't be it.
I think it has something to do with location, the same as music you here at some points of maps.

Well, you see it works on the basis that if someone is spotted, then killed your team laughs, there fore someone spotted a guy that you killed making you laugh? I am not 100% sure that this is correct but as far as I can remember its how it works, same with "Enemy Wheel Barrow Spotted"

D'oh, heard many times tbh Perhaps its because I find spotting things in BF2 very important, whether there is a commander or not, spot first then shot is my practice At least everyone knows there is an enemy around

Yeah, I like to spot like mad when I play, so sometimes another guy is kind enough to kill the spotted enemy, and the laugh happens. To be honest, I don't hear it as much as I used to.

Spotting people as they die is right, i've done it once or twice.

My default reaction when sniping is to spot someone right after I shoot them. Obv when they die from the prior shot then its no point spotting
