paying you accuser 20mil so he shuts up.  jesus guys.  its not that hard.  i mean if sarah palin had paid someone 20mil to stfu, would you give her the benefit oft he doubt?  nope.  sure as hell wouldnt.  so get out of here with your fake crap.
Ill ask you to not presume on how I think. Depending on the circumstances of the imaginary Palin scenario, I probably could and/or would give the benefit of a doubt. Also, how am I presenting "fake crap"?

paid hush money

testimony of employees of the Ranch

MJ's behavior

his own admittance of sleeping with little boys.
- hush money could also be extorted money. Her lil kid got "molested" and she'd rather receive 20 million and see the guy who did it walk free? It could be either she doesnt give a shit about her son and his well-being, or MJ didnt actually do it and she just wanted the cash, or even something else.

- Given, but they came to naught as the trial proved him innocent of the crime.

- Again given, but the guy had a completely screwed childhood, though a psych evaluation would probably have been of great help in diagnosing his behavior.

- Lastly, did he sleep with them as a father would, or in the sense of having sex with them? If it were the latter, wouldnt you think there would be far more outcry?

I have no idea if MJ is guilty or not. I have read that the pay off to "quiet" his accuser was actually a decision he had no control over. The insurance provider went ahead and cut its losses at the objection of MJ. LaToya Jackson also accused him of improper conduct but later recanted but again it is two stories in one. Anyhow, I have heard both sides of that pay off issue. Nobody really knows what really happened except for MJ himself and the kids who were around him...but now, one voice will never be heard from again. I don't know, nobody really does.

He is guilty of being a nut job though. His behavior was far from the norm and his statements dug him a bigger hole over and over. I am sorry, I am a father of a 5 year old daughter and can't imagine her sleeping with an adult man that is not family or even family for that matter. I blame both the parents that allowed it and MJ for taking advantage of that. It is NEVER okay to sleep with children unrelated to you sexually or not. That is where MJ was a complete idiot.

As far as the media and all these people wanting to honor MJ. I think it is a joke. Where were all these people when this guy was feeding himself these drugs. Where were these people when he was down and basically hiding in other countries. I find many of these people at the memorial to be total hypocrites and made me wonder how MJ was allowed to fall as he did. I am sure some of his family tried, maybe some of the celebs but Mariah...BS, Usher...BS...kid from Britain's got talent...BS.

I was listening to the radio as well the day of the memorial and someone interviewed someone outside Staples center..guess what he was doing there. Selling T-shirts, buttons, black soap, posters...etc and said that he had made a ton of money that day. Yeah, he really, really cared about MJ. I am sure if he was selling that on the street a month ago, he wouldn't have made a dime. Anyhow, the leaches came out, the celeb leaches, the family leaches (Daddy Joe Jackson and his blue ray venture) and the public leaches and their fake sorrow. Some of these people are crazier than MJ

Anyhow, MJ guilty? Nobody truly knows except for a few (court decisions or not) and we have proof that society is just as wacko. I would have loved to see this same reaction, the same passion, the same desire to gather and show their concern to the people of Iran, the soldiers that die in Afghanistan, the kids that today have gone missing around the world. oh...no....its MJ and that is more important?

So this thread in a nutshell: lowing is an arrogant elitist that goes batshit insanely defensive, using insufficient or inexistent supporting facts, whenever someone questions his ultimate truths about life.

What exactly is the difference between rammunition and lowing?

If you could get $20 million...some people would.  Madonna wants Malawi baby...father wants money.  That Slumdog Millionaire guy tried to sell his kid.

Sure, no one knows for sure, but what do you believe?

I guess I missed the part in the MJ trial about the damning DNA evidence.

The police had MJ pull out his cock, literally. They failed to make a case. A person who can be kept quiet with money has likely not been harmed because the basic human desire for justice usually outweighs greed.

I know the story was big nationally, but here in so cal it was bigger, we can all agree the guy was a freak, but there was no proof or credible claim of molestation.

I remember people saying he had debbie row set up as a baby factory so he would have his own private child farm, to be able to have sex with them unquestioned.

Michael  Jackson died this week.  He was perhaps one of the greatest singers of  modern time.  He will also be remembered for his eccentric lifestyle that  included sleeping with a chimpanzee, living in a carnival-like atmosphere at  Neverland, his fascination with Peter Pan, and his numerous masks and costumes.  He also admitted to finding pleasure sleeping with young boys and paying out millions of dollars in settlements to the families of these boys despite being acquitted by a court on one allegation of sexual molestation.

I'm pretty sure Michael Jackson did tons and tons of things for charity. The guy did alot. Obviously another shitty email from those shitty websites you subscribe to. Is it fun being so narrow minded, I can't believe some of the shit you think and say. Whatever, each to his own.

Not to mention that frankly he's a freak. He appears to have the mind of a child, so why wouldn't he want to have sex with them?

If anything DU's post sounded batshit insanely defensive. Much as I like to disagree with lowing, he didn't really have anything to be defensive about.

yup the second society decides to coddle victims instead of criminals there will be hell to pay.  Personally,  I don't think the day will ever come, not in a pussified society such as ours.

Let me put it this way...  Regardless of MJ's guilt or innocence regarding pedophilia, public money should NOT be used to pay for a memorial.
