So if a girl is getting really aggressive with you is it acceptable to maybe knock one of her teeth out or something else along the lines of this.

Now I would never hit a woman out of anger but to defend myself I would say yes. What do you think?

if you cant restrain her in a less violent manner then yes, if they are actually a threat, otherwise jus walk away or hold her off.
