11 beers is alot. Well, it depends on the time scale. You tend to piss alot of it out.

So if you just do like 5 shots to get drunk, rather then 10 beers or whatever, Do you get less of a hangover cause there was less liquid in your stomach, even tho you might have the same effect?

First time I got drunk was when I was 13 with my best mate, with 3 litres of co-op's own Vodka and no mixer. Was in the middle of October in Scotland beside a river.
I remember drinking a coffee mug full of it, then running up the hill and back, then lifting the second mug up to drink and just blackness. Woke up with a burst lip in my boxers beside the river in view of the motorway. My mate was in the tent with a burst nose and covered in blood. His shoes covered in puke. The second he woke up he said "I had a weird dream I puked in my shoes"
That was the only time I've had a hangover apart from one night with Morrosins own cider. Been drinking every weekend for like 5 years now. It's all about getting to what you had, the happy stage of drunk, and leaving it there. Don't go overboard (Like my mate when he downed a bottle of Jack Daniels in 3 swigs)... I have a video of him after that if anyone wants to see.

Never been drunk myself, don't really intend to. Never saw the point of going out to get drunk and puke up everything I paid for. Wouldn't be so bothered about reaching the stage you did cos you sounded like everything worked nice and fine, nothing embarassing, no puke and no drunk tank .
Puking doesn't happen all the time you get drunk. It's just when you go over your limit. You can still easily get drunk and not puke. Infact, I've only puked 2, maybe 3 times, because of drinking, in my life.M.O.A.B wrote:

I've puked twice due to booze, 18th bday and 1st night clubbing. As long as you take your time and try not to mix your drinks too much you'll be fine.

Well to contribute to the main point of this thread (at least seems to be it), 11 beers is a lot for a starter. Not that much for experienced drinkers (not meaning alcoholics here...)
