How do people on this forum of the Christian/Jewish/Muslim (Abrahamic) faiths reconcile 'God's Will' or 'God's Grand Design' with women who fall pregnant at the hands of rape?
I think they all agree it truly is Gods will no matter how the baby is conceived ...

Also questions in the OP are easy to explain anyway. You can even explain a baby getting shot by a terrorist as part of Gods plan and all that shit. It's so easy, no wonder so many people go down that route.

I think a better question is how can those same people reconcile "God's will" and free will? You can't have both. Either we're going to do what he wants us to, or we're going to do what we want. If everything that happens is according to some grand design, it takes an all-encompassing hypocrite to send people to hell for being a cog in the machine.

It's arguable that it was their destiny for them to get pregnant via rape, and have the baby. (I don't believe that, though)

I believe God plans out your life from the moment you are born. Whoever it is, they have had their life planned out by God and this is your life. Whatever your decision is, God has reveiwed it. Everybody is part of the same species. There is one God. God makes humans interact with each other. Therefore God allows this to happen. He chooses it to happen.

You are saying God does punish you. I believe he doesn't. You are exempt from your life plan. Perhaps i said it wrong. God makes up the shell for your life, it's up to you to fill it.

in order to be able to judge a person that person must be free to make a choice
When choice is taken away by society then society is interfering with Gods plan to test and judge the merit of the individual.
Hence we are told not to judge one another because judging leads to shepherding and shepherding leads to limiting of choice. Shepherding is preemptive judging. Its only the socialistic nature of religious leaders that want to use the government to enforce their religious decrees and Shepherd us all.
I don't think God wills rape, rape is a choice made by the rapist and Gods judgment will fall on him.
In this scenario the rapists choice leads to another choice for the woman, whether to keep the baby
but when society steps in and takes that choice away from the woman, then it is interfering with Gods test and Gods ability to judge her.
The question is whether society is saving her soul or are those people who took that choice away from the woman in fact sinners who are going to be judged for judging others.
We come into the world as individuals and we go out the same way. Along the path we follow we have choices to make and one of those choices is whether we are going to work to prevent others from making choices. Shepherding is the antithesis of individuality and simply put is
