The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Does anyone know of a good heat sink?  I was hoping to find one without a fan but I still want to overclock my E8400 to 3.6Ghz.

Just about anything will push an E8400 to 3.6.

Get the OC-Z Vendetta 2 like I did, it cools just as good as the Ultra 120 Extreme for your standard overclocking, and is ALOT cheaper + it comes with 1 fan compared to none in the Thermalright.... which can be slowed down to create minimum noice...

So there are no heatsinks that I can overclock with without having a fan?

Yes there is, but they are quite expensive... ASUS has one of the best passive coolers IIRC...

It will cost you though... but to be honest you should be able to do the 3.6 Ghz E8400 on a Vendetta 2 / Thermalright 120 Extreme without the fans...

Would be good to know a little more about your setup though...

Found the last one.  So I really don't have to worry about my CPU over heating if I order that?

Edit: Found OCZ one
