6/8 weeks ago i stopped smoking weed. I had smoked everyday/night heavily for 16 years with perhaps 5 days without. Thats 5 days in 16 years spread around.

I hardly drink much, last time was Aug 26th, next will probably be Dec 24th, maybe 25th.

I smoke fags still, there going next. Im not going on some body cleansing, born again christian shit. I just didnt think I could get to sleep if I didnt have my 5 nightly spliffs.

If anybody ever needs any help by all means pm me and I see if I can.

I might get some over xmas but it's not as if I will or I'm counting down the days till xmas comes cos then I will smoke weed again.
