On what settings?
He said on high
he said on medium on the topic and in post how hight should i put them.
Grr I rly need help im getting like 40-60 lol i hate 39 and 40 but on cod2 i get 90-350
350? lol...
I have 1.5 gigs of RAM and a 7800 GS and I get horrible frame rate on low. But don't worry, the reason I get that is because I have a shitty intell celeron that bogs down when to many enemys are in one area. I can run all high settings just fine in small servers. Once I get an AMD 64 4000+ ill be fine.
Could be your chip, I have an amd64 3800, 7600GS, 1 GB ram, 1024x768, everything on medium and get 50-80 constantly, with no slowdown in the palace on warlord with a packed 64 server.
i get like 20-30 on low
My god its sooo insanely laggy inside the palace in warlord, I just can't even fight in it. Im pritty sure its my processor. It sucks, im going to have to wait for christmass to get one.HaywoodJablowme wrote:

zomg i went from a 250w psu to my new 500w psu and got 20xtra fps zomg
d00d fyi psu doesnt really contribute to performance..

cpu has VERY little to do with high res gaming performance .....
vid card is big factor
hahaha lol at the nubs

Ok then, why with a 7800GS OC and 1.5 GB ram is he having problems? Not because of those two factors.. Looks like his CPU is the weak link there.montypythizzle wrote:

Oh and be sure to make at least 2 replies and throw in words like "nubs" and "pwnd" to show off your "1337" computer hacking skillz...
I got a P4 3,0GHz, 1GB of Ram (533 ftw), a 6600GT and some lousy Intel motherboard.
I can play that game with acceptable framerates at 1280x1024 and all settings medium (except dynamic lighting and dynamic shadows --> performance killers!)
Nevertheless, I somehow notice that the performance of my gpu seems to drop with every new driver I install...
Oh by the way, what driver are you using, Metal425?

Are you confused between FPS and ping? By this it sorta seems like that.Metal425 wrote:

I don't know if you can read or not, but they've been giving you advice this whole time. Shut up and read.Metal425 wrote:

No im not confused between fps and ping..
In BF2 when you have all 64 players in one place cpu has VERY much to do with performance. Its the only reason my 7800 GS OC, 1.5 gig, intell celeron CPU would be laggy. Please know what the hell you are talking about b4 posting about PC power.montypythizzle wrote:

LOL 350? Your eyes couldn;t tell the difference.Metal425 wrote:

To the OP, try updating your drivers, because your other specs look ok besides the cpu.
"zomg" x 2, "fyi", "d00d", "lol", "nubs", "plz", "stfu", "btw", "cely", "rofl". In 3 posts.
Damn, your "leet speak" awesomeness amazes me. I can't fucking believe "pwn3d" wasn't in there.
But I'm sure you won't disappoint us, Nick Burns.
