How can I get info of things I am getting points for?

I've seen alot of movies of peoples who has a score info for each thing they are getting score of.

Example :
You killed ********* [+2] and the victims name is orange.
Killer [ MiG-29 Jet ] Victim

How can I get it like this??

Do really need your screen full of text spam telling you over and over and over and over again that a kill is +2 and a TK is -4?

Just look them up in the search on here and bookmark the thread if you cant remember them all. Same goes for all those weapon notifications, man what a mess.
