there is going to be a mod for BF 2142 called Halo 2552 (2552 is the year that the halo series takes place)

yea....like....the Halo 2 engine. if they could just make a bf2 version of halo 2 (with tweaks OBVIOUSLY) then it would be 1337, but my opinion, this will /fail!
