my undergrad thesis was cocaine reaction in rat brains. they get less sensitive to 'on/off' stimulation but get better at discrimitaing between 'a/b/c/d' types of stimulation. crack doesn't do anything different from cocaine, it's just smokable and absorbed faster.

Taking speed will definitely make you play more accurate. Crack is crap, don't use that.
it actually wont. sure you will get in a hightened state of brain activity but on the other hand you will think to much to concentrate/focus on the game.
i once tried to play Q3 on cocaine and i lost my aiming for over 2 weeks, it was like my mouse hand got disconnected from my brain, no more hand-eye coordination.
and to be honest crack sucks, its a stupid drug like most of them. so dont be a fool to think it would enhance anything except your ego
