I have seen on ppls screen shots like when they kill a person you pwned (whoever) +2 and I have seen a plane that was red and blue and white. How do you do this?

non ranked servers with mods on them i believe. its not a client side deal.
Search for "localisation files" or however you spell it, theres a big topic on how to get "you owned"
