BF2S Forums Weapon up and down movement?

In BF2142 most weapons are supposed to move up and down. My 2 friends also have this.
I on the other hand do not have this movement most of the times.
I'm not really complaining about this, since I can snipe good without the stabilizer (not unlocked aswell), but I am curious to know why this could be.

Any Ideas?
