Ok, so I did a quick search and didn't see anything. So, if I am asking a question that has already been asked, SORRY!

Does anyone know if there is an official 2142 ROE yet? If so, where could I find it. If not, any idea when (or if) there will be one?

There's no protection against that. They do whatever they want. After all, EA does not provide any evidence after resetting an account, so they basically could reset anyone for virtually nothing.
The ROE is little more than a pretended legitimation for that. It's all up to the guys interpreting them.
I can only point to the blackhawk usage pre-1.0.3.
That was a perfectly legit strategy and tactic, then someone in charge decided to call it padding.
Well, as mentioned earlier, flag capping with air transport is possible in 2142 and with a good crew, it works quite reliable as flying fortress (not as devastating as the old blackhawk though). It's possible now, it works now, chances are they'll call it padding and reset for it in 6 months.

Stop with this bullshit ROE crap and just play the damn game. You can tell a stat padder by looking at their stats. If people want to be seen that way and have to constantly explain how they managed to kill the same person 70 times IAR then so be it. I don't care, JUST PLAY THE GOD DAMN GAME and stop trying to be the BF Police. As soon as you make an ROE there will be a gazillion posts entitled "XXXX is a stat padder!!" Do we want to repeat the whole thing again with 2142? Didn't we have enough of those silly threads for BF2? If a guy is cheating in a way that affects the game (hacking, glitching or sabotaging his own team) then report em...

I plan to stat pad, exploit glitches, and use general mischief and meyham whenever I want.

I spent the first 7 months of Battlefield 2, fearing for my stats, but I now see the light upon the issue. Its the internet, and I can do whatever I feel like doing, since I bought the game.

I'm not necessarily wanting the ROE so that I can report people. I was merely asking due to the fact that I am co-owner of a server and would like to keep up on the latest "rules" of play. I'm not saying that the ROE will be enforced to it's entirety, but it would be nice to know what it says. Thanks for the responses.
