I'm just curious. I am no longer able to jump in the air and throw grenades, but I see everyone else still doing it. Is this a hack, macros or what? I'm at a distinct disadvantage now because I can't throw my grenades as far as everyone else. Any ideas? ( Yes I searched. I didn't see anything directly addressing this. Sorry if it has been posted. )
Don't throw grenades, at all.
Click the left mouse button, you do the take the pin out of the nade move and if you time it right you can press space just before you throw it, if you do it right you release it at the apex of the jump and it'll go much further.

There's a difference between throwing the grenade (ie clicking the left mouse button) and releasing the grenade. Although you can't click to throw while in the air, but you can release the grenade while in the air.

dam, I thought the thread title meant when you chuck a nade straight up into the air and it looks like a firework..
I do it if i'm waiting for a Jet or heli as support

you just click and press the jump key not even a second after
