It took me a few days to notice this during the beta, so I thought I'd save people the trouble who didn't realize.
While you can get into the enemy Titan via the first level, rear deck (standard doorways), you can also get into the ducts via the 2nd level rear deck. Just land up there and then fall through the holes located on either side of the deck. It's a much better way to assault IMO.
