What do you think should happen? If they let the baby live and kill the mother, think of what the kid will grow up with. Also, they can't let the person out of jail because everyone will avoid death sentences by doing this. Can they/would they prevent the child from being born?

The only ones around are prison guards and she's in solitary, this isn't rocket science. She should give birth and then she should accept the sentence she earned. She chose to break the law of her land knowing the penalty. Prevent the child from being born? Call it what is is . . . killing the baby. The child is innocent and does not deserve to die. He/she can grow up and try to be a better person than the mother.

Pregnant before solitary?, or something was smuggled in that had semen on it to get her pregnant . But as for the moral debate its either life in prison or death so the baby will grow up with out a mother anyway so let it be born and put it up for adoption.
