Alright, sometimes i get a crackling noise when im playing bf2, whether it be ingame, or searching for new server. it isnt constant ingame, like only when i get in a vehicle sometimes or a jet or what not, its pretty much constant when searching for server or what not. Does anyone know the problem?

I had this problem. Go to speaker options and turn mic recording off.

i use the stock soundcard that had come with my mobo (lanparty) i wouldnt think its the soundcard, as it doesnt make the noise when i listen to other things on my computer.

edit: i THINK i fixed it, had audio renderer to software and changed it to hardware

I hope that fixes it or what not.  If it does not see if it has something to do with your mic or what not.  I know that when I am not in game, and my headset is not plugged in, my mic picks up the noise from my speakers and cause feedback (crackling noise) and what not.
