Personally, i use Green and Yellow.

Green, it doesn't look like anything in the game, well, neither does red, just depends what you think is easier.

personally,  i use a pink / magenta coloured one, you can see it in all different scenery, sky, water, ground , you name it. . .

Also, it makes me laugh sometimes especially with the medic kit,  for example - with the shock paddle CROSS cross hairs, them being pink LMAO..

but in all seriousness the magenta works best for me.

Green, green-yellow, purple, pink, red, orange, and light blue all work every well.  I personally like light blue the best.

i have a problem seeing red and blue so i stick to lime-green (kinda like cs but not)

White.

Red.

I've used bright green the longest.  Red I used for a little bit and switched back.  Tried blue, didn't work for me.  Yellow gets lost in everything around the target for me.
