How many time you need to kill the same person to get is name in your enemy list??

i pretty sure you have to kill your victims so many times in a row. if they have a worst victim of seven you have to kill them 8 times.
am i correct or not?

otherway around. he has to kill you enouhg times for you to be his favourite victim. ditto for favourite victims, you must be their worst emeny or at least on their enemies list, i think?
I think it works like this: If I kill a certain guy more than anybody else he becomes my fav victim. If I die at the hands of someone more than anybody was killed by someone else they become my enemy.
Example: Player A gets killed by player B 10 times and thats the most anybody in the round killed a certain person than player A gets player B as worst enemy.
