I think the EMp AA sux, cant even destroy the blackhawk using it.
EMP doesnt do damage.
The EMP aint designed to destroy air vehicles, jus cuts out the engines and steering for about 3 seconds. U destroy gunships and transports using the bullets that come out purple when u press the left mouse button (cnt think of how to describe them).
The EMP cannon directly kill something, but CAN lead to you annoyingly landing in a puddle AKA death trap. The main gun on the turrets does the damage. It comes out more red than purple IMO.

The emp causes them to fall to the ground if the y both hit. If one hits they lose control for a short time. Both ways it makes it alsot easier to kill them with the plasma gun.
There isn't even a blackhawk in 2142.
