I think it depends upon which kit you intend to use the most, but probably the G36E would be the best option (the L96 isn't a huge step up from the M95, and it feels equivalent to the US Sniper Rifle). And, though I love the MP-7, I'm usually in Armor when playing engineer, so my engineer's rifle/shotty is packed away.

If u like to snipe, choose L96A1. It's a lot better than all other snipers because it has the accuracy of the M24, combined w/ the fast reload time of the M95. BUT, if you dont like to snipe, just get the G36E, because the only reason u should get the MP-7 is if you are obsessed with engineer class, because engies shouldnt really be firing any other weapon other than their tank turret

for g36e, use 1 round shot most of the med-far range shots, burst for city fights. personally, i use more burst than single, but single pwns becuase of the accuracy of the g36e

But if you want to start sniping more get the L96A1, that way you have something about the same as the M24 available when playing MEC and PLA.

The MP-7 works a treat on Warlord with all the CQ fighting. Then again, so does the Ak, which comes with medic whore capabilities. MP-7 rocks my world right now.
