TV guided missile....any tips?

ive been practicing a lot with the chopper at gator and i still sukk.
I have been with gunners that kill everything with the tv missile, i adjust the chopper position so the target falls inside the gunner´s view (rectangle) and voila!, i have seen guys that make the missile do curves and stuff similar. When i take the gunners seat and i try to do the same, the missile always goes straight, i cant make it go curve.
what am i missing?

You have to press the fire button additionel times to guide the missile..

use the corners of the rectangle..thats wot i do and i usually hit everything

a typical mistake for 'young' gunners is to over aim. They will never be happy with the thier shot and will tamper with the aiming to much

im lazy for searching.
im not young gunner, i have left 125 kills + 30 iar for chopper medal, i already have the expert chopper bagde.
i can kill with the tv missile at close range, but i have seen guys that do it easilly at long range. whats the secret?

after you fire the missile, stay in the missile view and click the fire button on the screen to guide the missile. After practice, you will (hopefully) become better.

it might be a bug if you cant even steer it somewhere there must be something wrong with your mouse/game/whatever, dont know what it can be, a search would indeed give more answers than we all do
