Even comparing the hellspawn that is 1.4 against the godsend that was 1.12, is punsihable by stoning.

I want 1.12 with some of the features that we have now.
All maps, Inf only, AA/stingers, boosted LMG's and that's about it

Try playing 1.12 on the same settings as now i get a extra 50 with medium settings on 1.12 and a extra 25 if i go back from that. I normaly get 40-50 on 1.12 its much more playable and if i go back to 1.0 i get 150 +
You have to learn the rules of the game and then you have to play better than anyone else.

I jemember when blackhawks were the mobile fortress of pwnage on Mashtuur. Have a squad leader fly around in circles over the city the whole round and the squad members man the guns with 2 engineers in the back. It was amazing.

IMO, get all the bugfixes from 1.2-1.4 and revert gameplay to 1.12.
1.12 was fun but good jet and bomber pilots were untouchable. I know if I went back and flew those jets nobody would be able to shoot me down.
Also the noob tubes on infantry maps were dumb as fuck. I recently uninstalled BF2 just to see what it used to be like and all I gotta say is that was the best nerf in BF2 history. Mainly cuz it still works, but isn't the overly powerful infantry weapon anymore.
Bunny hopping, Dolphin diving.... all that was pretty lame too. I mean I did it too but seeing who could slam their keyboard faster wasn't very fun. Glad that's gone too.
I admit I was pretty upset with 1.2 at first but I've gotten over it by now and I think the good nerfs outweighed the bad. Oddly enough I did vote 1.12 still...
