your a freakin hypocrite strykker. you say that its useless to play sniper when you play sniper mostly yourself.

and yes i am a good sniper, but i am not the best out there. i dont play BF2 to inflate my e- penis like some of these morons here.

and i dont need to play beta to determine whether a game is good or not. i can do that by reading material and playing the demo. so if you are going to waste more of your time on beta, be my guest you noob.

think about it strykker, do you honestly think that EA and DICE can fix all the damn problems of 2142 when they themselves cant fix BF2 after one year. they could not pull out the solution out of their asses even if they wanted to. I would not be suprised if the release of 2142 is marred by another volley of " bad programming"

secondly, do you find it fishy that EA/DICE is releasing Battlefield 2142 one year after BF2?  sequels take 2-3 years minimum with decent quality.

finally: DICE released a non open BETA, that means they used that fileplanet crap memebership for stupid reasons?  Look at world of warcraft , they had open beta and look at the insane amount of sucess it has ( even though i think WoW is a waste now).

everytime i read 2142 articles, i am starting to get the sense that DICE just want to make crappy games and make more money out of people stupidity.

your looking at all the nice stuff that 2142, guns and all. and yes i can agree with that. But i seriously question the reliability of the game.

So if i were you, i would get your facts straight.  Take all of these recommendations from a professional videogamer like myself.

I am going to say this again: i am not buying that futuristic poopsy until i have serious evidence that the game is worth the money. and if the game has the same crap all over again as BF2, man i rather save the $50.00 to save me the headache.

I was going to put in a witty retort but I really can't be arsed.

However, anyone who played any part in the beta has just as much right to talk about it as anyone else.  If you don't like that, fuck off and read the forum rules again.  Nowhere does it say that people who played the beta for more than three hours has more rights than anyone else.

Even people who played the Beta are out of date now, the game has been worked on so much more. Snipers, for example, are not as useless, but some things have been 'nerfed' - it's actually a pretty good balance now, but there will always be complainers.

In all fairness, One would have to play a game for a while to get a good idea weather they like it or not unless the game is the kind they don't like ie.. RTS, FPS... etc.

Stop giving him such a hard time. He is not saying snipers in general are useless... he's referring to the kit. Why take that personally? I found it useless myself and I have played for many hours.

If you HAVENT played a game for 18495 hours you have NO RIGHT to comment on it. You must play through EVERY facet of the game, uncover EVERY stone in the game, write AT LEAST 6 guides on the game before you are allowed to voice your opinion that it sucks. FOR EVERY GAME EVER MADE. PERIOD.

The beta had ONE map. I played that ONE map for nearly 40 hours in less than a weeks time. I can navigate Verdun with my monitor turned off after the third day. I used every weapon at least 5 times, I tried every ability, I Killed people, I died, i got knifed, i suicided, I shot myself out of a pod.

I have every right to govern what people know about the beta, because I played it more than anyone on this site. So therefore, i am the ranking expert on the Beta.
