I know it sounds stupid but... where do I go / how is this medal  fufilled?

I only have regular BF2, no SF or anything else.

If the answer is simply "you can't"... why is it in the 'Medals' row?

The medal is part of the expansion pack Euro Force.
You have to buy it from EA (10 euro or 10 dollar) and it's only a download.

I was trying to understand what map or are to play at.

Seems stupid to me they would have awards listed in regular BF2 people can't get at without spending more $.
