I use the mouse and keyboard combo lets see if you can shoot me down all you litle j-10 joystick whores!!!
You have to learn the rules of the game and then you have to play better than anyone else.
To execute precise maneauvers properly you will need a joystick to pull them off properly, quickly, and accurately. Ask MCMT, Phantom, or any other great pilot. Yeah, for 'basic' flying a keyboard/mouse loses out on few things, but there are many moves I couldn't do without a joystick. Thus, Joystick ftw.Z-trooper wrote:
I respectfully have to disagree, I think my stats speak for themself. And all I own is my old crappy logitech keyboard and my good ol' mx300 mouse..
I'll give you that with a joystick you can have constant vector change in any direction, however the joystick has its weaknesses too.. and trust me, a mouse using pilot (who uses his brain) can be pretty darn deadly in a dogfight. Precision with the gun is everything for a suprise attack!!!
(I'm not flaming you, just disagreeing..)
however you'll get a +1 for your hard work..

Seems to be a wireless 3D Pro, personally I wouldn't trust wireless, but there you go.BiZoB wrote:

About the F35 (gulf of oman), I noticed a small trick to lose missiles - by flying always high-mid air and when you get/hear the beep turn/roll right away to left or right so your upside down and than pull that plane downwards to the ground so you gain speed - helps to avoid missile and gives a change to lose the enemy. Not 100% guarantee..http://www.combataircraft.com/tactics/images/split_s.jpg
I have some bad experience with the Logitech 3D Pro. I bought it on line (Netherlands) just after I got it I noticed there was resistance (bump) in the (x,y) as, not huge but a bit annoying. Mailed Logitech about it and they said there should be no resistance in the as. So, I got a new one but this one was even worse! it got totally jammed when you pushed it forward and it couldn't even go all the way back on the as. I got my money back, no joystick for me at the moment.BiZoB wrote:
