poached, sit them on a plate and suck them down like you can do with jello or yoghurt

Personally, I'd rather not EAT a dozen eggs in a minute.... That's GOT to be unhealthy.
But if someone held a gun to my head and I HAD to... I'd get a dozen heat treated eggs (to avoid salmonella) and just drink them. Much faster. I'm not even sure I could CHEW 12 eggs in a minute.

Well i did 4 eggs in some scrambled last night in a minute without rushing, just eating them normally, i think i could eat them 3x as fast and get 12 done in the same amount of time.
