Go Conroe. Buying Pentium IV is like buying a typewriter.

Will 120GB be enough?

Nice choice for the PSU.

It's a low budget system with a great power supply.

Get a E6600, bigger power supply, especialy if you want to ever use a DX10 card, and better and more RAM. 2gigs would be nice.

Get a conroe CPU. Get RAM that isn't so crap. Couldn't you get a bigger HDD?

Other than that looks ok.

conroe cpus dont need fast ram, thats the beuty of it.  conroe w/ 533mhz DDR2 cl3 is faster than ddr2 667 cl 5 =/ you would expect 667 to be faster since intel's fsb is more bandwith dependant.

Thanks all,

I'll let you know how it runs.

I would spend more if I could, but I can't.

I have 80gig HDD now and I have only ever used 20gig.

I've rarely seen a case ship with a decent PSU.  The PSU is one of the most important components in a system and yet the most often overlooked.  If you try to "get by" with a crap PSU expect crap results.  Many of the problems people blame on other things can actually be attributed to a poorly designed or underpowered PSU.  In this case you really DO get what you pay for.
