You do know that "Last man Standing" is the "Hollywood version" of Yojimbo? The director is called Kurosawa (he also directed "The seven Samurai" upon which "The Magnificent Seven" is based. In my opinion he was one of the greatest directors.

If you like (british) movies like "Lock Stock ..." or "Snatch" etc you will most definitely also like "Headrush". Amazingly it is not very well known...

--EDIT
By the way, I am not saying "Last Man Standing" is a bad movie or anything it is quite decent actually. On a sidenote: Yojimbo is mentioned in the credits

The action in Starship Troopers was good, but aside from Ironside, the acting was shit. I've only seen two of the actors in that movie go on to other things - Ironside, and the chick who played Ibanez.

I have a hard time deciding on my favourite movies. I put Jurassic Park on because it was my favourite childhood movie, and I learned to play the theme to it on the piano.
So, in no particular order.

- Jurassic Park
- Black Hawk Down
- The Mask
- Wrongfully Accused, (if you havn't seen this, SEE IT. It's funny as hell.)

Can't think of a fifth right now. Office space could go in there, that's a cool movie.
Saw "Hotel Rwanda" last night. That's a good film.
Damn. I want a fifth. I'll update once I think of one.

I'm quite surprised none of these have been mentioned yet:

1) LOTR trilogy
2) Matrix trilogy (#1 by far the best, but 2 & 3 not bad if you give em an honest chance)
3) Office Space (mentioned, but worth mentioning again)
4) Billy Madison

There's hundreds of movies that I greatly enjoy that I'd put on tier2, but these are the must owns in my collection.

tarantino is a hack! he just takes pop culture styles from overseas and mixes them together into one big ugly thing...he has no substance or originality.

guy ritchie and the early john woo films are much superior gangster films than anything tarantino ever made.

monty python is always good, funny as ever the seventeenth time you watch it.

i disagree!!! Tarantino is a great director. his movies show that he is quiet capable of making films which are bloody, funny and have a "deeper" meaning to it........i guess........haha

"Fight Club" goes on my list, as does "The Goonies." I liked The Shawshank Redemption, (did you know it was a box-office flop?)
Donnie Darko's on the list, as is The Ring, (don't get me wrong, only because it made me feel brave. It wasn't scary!)
The Japanese version of "The Grudge" goes on the list. Havn't seen the US version but when I saw the Jap version it was scary as Hell. Best. Horror. Film. Ever.

Has no-one seen "Wrongfully Accused"? It's the funniest movie ever! Leslie Nelson and the like.
