Just another example in the long, long, LONG list of proof that EA just doesn't care about customer service. They screwed up every patch they released, their "help desk" is anything but, and they've shown their complete indifference to performance. All they care about is squeezing every dime they can from sales, server rentals, etc, which would be fine if they actually delivered. The expansion pack and forced 1.12 patch is an absolutely perfect example of that: no benefit or improvements from the patch for players without SF yet everyone is effectively forced to patch to drive the SF sales. They still haven't fixed the game itself in many respects, yet they got that expansion pack out the door within 4 months of launch. This latest login problem is just another in a very long list.
