Hmmm... I look in the server list in-game and generally see between 300-800 people on, with my filters set to my specs... I'd say "Yes", people still play.

Come on man, I did not mean that I was literally the only person in the world playing it, and I'm sorry I did not meet your high standard for post that you have built up sitting in front of the computer all day. What I'm saying is that not as many people seen to play it anymore,it just dwells in the shadows of vanilla and POE. Personally though its my favorite.
